Product Safety

Age Restrictions: All products are not suitable for children aged 3 and under due to the use of safety eyes that may pose a choking hazard.

Placing Orders

Order Process: When you place an order, we will make a pending charge on your account using Stripe as our payment gateway. We will then approve or decline the order based on stock availability. If the order is declined, the payment will be canceled. If approved, we will capture the payment.
Shipping: We currently only ship to the UK. International shipping will be available soon.

Refund and Return Policy

In-Person Purchases:

• Refunds or exchanges can be made on the day of purchase only and are subject to damages.

• No refunds will be given for custom or made-to-order products.
• Under the Right to Cancel Act, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. However, this does not apply to custom/made-to-order products.
• Returned items must be in “as new” condition. If the item has been damaged or washed, we may reduce the refund amount or reject the return.

Privacy and Data Collection

We collect the following personal details: first name, last name, email and phone number. Shipping addresses, Payment details, including card information, are securely handled and stored by Stripe. We do not store sensitive payment information ourselves.

Product Descriptions and Pricing

While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions and images may not always perfectly reflect the actual product. Variations in colour, texture, and design may occur due to lighting or handcrafting processes. We also make every effort to ensure correct pricing, but errors may occur. In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to correct the price and cancel the order if necessary.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Please review the Terms periodically for any updates.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
